speech-dispatcher and python consume CPU
Status in “speech-dispatcher” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
speech-dispatcher and python are both consuming 100% of the CPU on my
system. After I uninstall speech-dispatcher, I have to reboot to
clear the condition. Looks like the package is not set correctly to
stop speech-dispatcher. Version 0.7.1-0ubuntu3 is the version from the
repository.
