This package cointains .jpg images, not code responsible for drawing the
wallpaper. I'm marking this as invalid. If I remember correctly,
Nautilus was responsible for drawing the background, so you can report
this bug against Nautilus.
BTW your Unity panel looks weird. Maybe Ubuntu wasn't correctly
installed on your PC?

Bug description:
The image for my wallpaper is often partially drawn. Usually it breaks
about 3/4 of the way down. See attached screenshot for an example.
The workaround is to open Desktop Background Controls and toggle the
image display from span to fill and back to span again.
