Cannot connect do Bluetooth headset with a2dp

Bug description:
I'm connecting a bluetooth headset Nokia BH-503. It gets connected as
"speakers with microphone" device. However, when I choose my headset
as output device and go to "Test sound", the sound still comes from my
laptop speakers. Furthermore, I cannot connect as a2dp. Note that all
this worked fine in ubuntu 12.04 with the same hardware.
