Bug description:
Also affects some players that use avcodec/format like mpv, audacious,
deadbeef, ect.
Test case:
Try to play an opus file with avplay
Result:
avplay version 9.10-6:9.10-1ubuntu7, Copyright (c) 2003-2013 the Libav
