Ubuntu Lucid
evolution 3.8.4-0ubuntu1, Ubuntu 13.10
1. Install Evolution.
2. Receive some messages.
What should happen: The messages show up in the messaging menu.
What happens: They don't.
This is because evolution-indicator is not installed along with evolution.

After installing Lucid, I decided to remove Evolution. After a few
weeks I decided to reinstall Evolution, which I did. But if I get
mail I don't see an indication to that effect on the indicator applet.
I was assuming that installing Evolution will tie it with the applet,
but that does not appear to be the case.
