Title: kubuntu powerdevil does not allow scaling in 10.10 Status in “pm-utils” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: Up to 10.04 I could set cpu scaling policy in my powerdevil profiles. In 10.10, it's gone. Not good! My cpu runs at 2.00GHz all the time and is close to overheating!
