Title:
Ubuntu Touch: When using an application and trying to swipe, OS
freezes and screen flickers.
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
Confirmed
Bug description:
Device: Nexus 7 (2012)
OS: Ubuntu Touch Oct 17, 2013 image.
Installed via instructions on http://www.ubuntu.com/phone/install using
Ubuntu 13.04 64-bit
What I expect to happen: Open application and still be able to use swipe
gestures.
What happens instead: Application freezes and screen flickers.
Description: After any of the default applications are opened, if I
try to use a swipe gesture (eg: Pulling up the search bar in the
browser) the application will freeze, the screen will dim slightly,
and the screen will start flickering rapidly.
Steps to reproduce: Open any of the applications and start trying to
do swiping gestures. It usually happens within 1 or 2 tries.
