For example, it happens with Skype, the Google video chat plugin (now google hangouts). It is happening both with the analog stereo output and with the analog 5.1 output. It has been like this for several releases already, ever since I got this motherboard. To workaround, when using said applications, once starting a conversation, I go up and down with the volume slider and it seems to fix it temporarily, although very inconsistently. I will appreciate a quick look from someone who can help. Willing to help with debugging but not Git dissections.
