A build done on the same machine with the same ./configure flags as used
in the package works fine though. The might be a weird sideeffect of the
build-arch/build-indep split from debian.

libreoffice-base 1:4.2.0~rc2-0ubuntu2 from trusty-proposed cant create
hsqldb database. Same with the PPA build on saucy.
