Title:
  "Security & Privacy" > "Files & Applications" refers mysteriously to
  "This Operating System" and "functionality"

Status in Privacy Manager for Zeitgeist:
  Confirmed
Status in “activity-log-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  gnome-control-center 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu45.1, Ubuntu 13.10

  1. Navigate to "Security & Privacy" > "Files & Applications".

  What you see: "This Operating System keeps track of Files and
  Applications you have used to provide extra functionality."

  What's wrong with this:
  * "This Operating System" is needlessly vague.
  * Except for the first one, none of the capital letters are appropriate.
  * "Functionality" is needlessly vague.

  What you should see: "Files and applications you’ve used recently can be
shown in the Dash and elsewhere."
