Public bug reported: lsb_release -rd: Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS Release: 12.04
Package version: 331.20-0ubuntu0.0.1 On precise with linux-generic-lts-raring signal processing is broken by the latest available version (331.20). This is a known bug fixed in upstream release 331.38. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open gnome-terminal 2. Run cat 3. Hit Ctrl-C Expected result: cat should get a SIGINT and terminate Actual result: SIGINT is never dispatched to cat and it does not terminate As an alternative, the issue can be reproduced using VMware Player: virtual machines won't startup because vmware-vmx would get an unwarranted SIGSEGV and crash. ** Affects: nvidia-graphics-drivers-331 (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nvidia-graphics-drivers-331 in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1274844 Title: Signal processing broken on x86_64 with version 331.20 Status in “nvidia-graphics-drivers-331” package in Ubuntu: New Bug description: lsb_release -rd: Description: Ubuntu 12.04.4 LTS Release: 12.04 Package version: 331.20-0ubuntu0.0.1 On precise with linux-generic-lts-raring signal processing is broken by the latest available version (331.20).
