Bug description:
There are several duplicate apps in the Exclude Apps chooser.
- Backup
- Files
- Sound
- Software & Updates
etc.
I think you want to use something like AppInfo.should_show() to check
whether the .desktop should show in the current desktop.

This bug complements bug 1199605. Hopefully these duplicate apps don't
also log to zg.
