The plugin was moved to lp:qtubuntu-sensors and functions from there
now.

Bug description:
Qt Location is soon shipping the Ubuntu plugin, but it'll be initially
omitted on x86 because it'd bring bug #1210798 in. This bug is about
re-enabling it eventually on x86 as well, as requested by Thomas Voß.
