Title:
X needs a restart after suspend to drive 1920x1200 over displayport

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-intel” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
After suspend, my displayport-connected monitor will (most often) no
longer work at the native 1920x1200 resolution.

  Restarting X fixes it.

This is not a new problem, but I always thought I had a wonky cable. I
only recently noticed the suspend issue, and only just now the restart
  thing.
