I was moving files between disks, for more details, I run 'nautilus' from terminal, so I got more information: ============================ sys:1: Warning: GError set over the top of a previous GError or uninitialized memory. This indicates a bug in someone's code. You must ensure an error is NULL before it's set. The overwriting error message was: Error removing file: Permission denied Segmentation fault (core dumped) ============================ So, for me, it because the source file cannot be deleted for permission reason, but anyway, the nautilus shouldn't crash, it should report the permission problem. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to nautilus in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1251363 Title: Nautilus will crash with error segfault at 0 ip 00007f77316a21c0 sp 00007f76f81c88f8 error 4 in libpthread-2.17.so[7f7731694000+17000] if directory contains zero lenght flash video files (*.flv) Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu: Confirmed Bug description: 1. expected behaviour: Open folder to view content 2.
