@Alexander: Have you set your input languages via System Settings -> Text Entry? If not, please try to do so and let us know if it makes a difference.

Switching between them works fine, but keyboard indicator always shows wrong language. I can provide addtional debugging information if needed. It started to happen after upgrade to 13.10, on previous releases everything was ok.
