Translations are handled much better upstream at
https://translations.documentfoundation.org/. Would need an review of
what we cant actually do to improve the experience by using launchpad
without subverting upstreams review process.

Bug description:
The gsi export during the package build is not yet included in the LO
packaging, and needs an update. Need to discuss with the launchpad
team how to make the transition to new templates, or maybe keep the
template names from OOo.
