Bug description:
I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 with the new decorators from the Unity daily build
PPA.
The new decorator causes windows to resize when maximizing and restoring
windows by dragging them to/from the panel.
That doesn't happen when maximizing/restoring with keyboard shortcuts or the
window controls.
