Title:
  Glitches in text rendering

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
This happens since upgrading to 13.10. With 13.04 I did not have this
  problem.

I notice glitches in the text rendering (randomly, one character in
many will be rendered as noise). This happens in all applications
(xterm, Mozilla, etc). Other that that I observe no crashes or
  problems.

Attached is a snapshot that shows the problem.
