Seems to be caused by an extension ... When I shut shutdown all applets in the upper dock, I get NO FREEZE of the window....
I had dropbox, cryptkeeper, dropbox, transmission, I started them one by one and made a test : it froze after transmission startup. Stopped transmission and dropbox, restarted nautilus : no freeze at first try, freeze on second try. Then .... no more freeze. Started dropbox : no freeze. Killed and restarted nautilus : no freeze..... Started transmission : no freeze again..... Can't say what happens.
