(not sure if sftp != ssh, but copying to a ssh location gives me a bar
regularly updated as well as a number <n>Mb/<total>Mb

  Progress bar doesn't work in nautilus for sftp file transfers

Bug description:
  When doing SFTP file transfers, nautilus's progress window shows
  "Preparing to transfer", and then the progressbar does not update
  until the end of the file transfer, at which point the window just
  closes.
