Amarok 2.6.0 not creating iPod artwork

Bug description:
I have upgraded Amarok to 2.6.0 from the Kubuntu backports PPA however
when I transfer an album to my 80GB Video iPod it does not create the
artwork.
The artwork is saved as folder.jpg in the same folder as the MP3's.
