system freezes

Bug description:
my kubuntu system freezes randomly
and by freez i mean nothing works .even hard-drive stops and sysrq keys don't
work.
i tested my memory and its ok
and windows doesn't crash so i dont think its a hardware problem
this freezes happening after i installed 13.04 fresh.and before that in
opensuse and kubuntu 12.10 i didn't have these problems.
