Computer responds very slowly after suspend/resume

Bug description:
The problem is that after resume the computer responds slowly in various
actions. Examples:
-Screensaver starts very slowly (screen fades out very slowly)
-Flash has a problem when launched at fullscreen in youtube videos(frames
are changing very slowly)
- During the next minutes after resume from screensaver, the OS responds
slowly when doing actions such as closing a window, clicking at a menu. After
sometime its ok.
System: ubuntu 10.04 amd64 all updates installed
