Title:
suspend to ram doesn't work
Status in “pm-utils” package in Ubuntu:
Invalid
Bug description:
Ubuntu release used: Ubuntu 9.04 (Jaunty Jackalope) x86-64 edition
Laptop used: MSI M670X
When I click Suspend in the upper right menu, the screen goes black,
laptop turns off for a moment, but immediately wakes up, while screen
remains blank, and nothing happens. I have to perform a hard reset in
order to restart the system.
This bug is also present in Kubuntu Karmic Koala Alpha 5 (x86-64
version).
