Bug description:
when i resume my laptop from suspend the fan noise runs high.

when i issues the command to check graphics:

  lspci | grep VGA | sed -n '1p' | cut -f 1 -d " "

it says that power is on to that card:

  00:02.0

and when i check my radeon:

  lspci | grep VGA | sed -n '2p' | cut -f 1 -d " "

  it says its powered off:

  01:00.0

:~$ lspci | grep VGA info:

00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 2nd Generation Core
Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 09)
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: Advanced Micro Devices [AMD] nee ATI
Whistler [AMD Radeon HD 6600M Series] (rev ff)

i have been toying with seeing if I can add the scripts into
