Title:
After Resume display settings are lost

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

I'm working on my DELL E6400 (Intel GM45) with LVDS1 off and HDMI
beeing primary display. After resume the display settings are reverted
to both on and LVDS1 is set to primary. Trying to change back with
gnome-display-properties freezes the app. The tray applet doesn't work
too anymore. Change is possible by manually using xrandr.

Additionally the desktop theme is reset to GTK default (uggly grey :))
but this may need a seperate report.
