Title:
totem-video-thumbnailer crashes when copying or moving files to USB
  drive

Status in “gstreamer1.0” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
When copying or moving files to an external USB drive, the thumbnailer
crashes.
However, if I refresh the window, the thumbnail is created correctly.
My guess is that there's some sort of race condition between copying and
reading the file for thumbnailing.
