Title:
When switching between logged in users, system hangs on black screen
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: indicator-applet
When I log out from my account, log into new account it works fine. I
then try to switch back to my original account through the stock
Ubuntu indicator applet. The open account disappears, but before the
password dialog appears the screen hangs on a full black screen. There
is no mouse cursor and the only way I know of to get back is to do a
force restart by holding down the power button.
I am using Intel Mobile 4 Series Chipset Integrated Graphics
Controller (rev 07).
This is similar to bug Bug #546578 reported for nvidia card. I am not
sure if it is a card issue.
