Title:
cannot get into su or sudo without seg fault

Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
I cannot get into su or sudo without a segementation fault which mean
  I cannot resolve the problem.

I was trying to fix a samba4 error that was effecting everything on
the system and I think I overwrote some library files trying to
resolve by loading missing libraries and other files.
