I tried to reproduce this issue in Ubuntu 14.04 and I couldn't. It would
be great if you could try it in the development version of Ubuntu
(14.04) and see if you can still reproduce it. In case you can do it
please mark the Status of the bug back to "new".

Bug description:
Hello,
I haven't seen for a duplicate of this bug when posting, so here it goes.
When I play a video at any part, except if it is paused, and then open
another video which shows up in the same totem player window, the
player hangs and eventually crashes.
I use Ubuntu 11.10
The videos that I use are H264 codec, 1280x720, 24fps
if any other information is needed, please ask
