Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-ati

Just upgraded from Karmic to Lucid on a laptop IBM T60 and my VGA
output 2nd monitor (Dell ST2410) is blurry. it is set at 1920x1080
60hz as described in the Dell specs but not working. i tried to set
other modes and all of them are blurry.

It worked fine using karmic, never had any problems.

here is the output of lspci and xrandr
