Bug description:
Hi, I installed Ubuntu and found I have graphical corruption at the top of
the screen, few horizontal stripes. If some window lose focus, it can be
covered by them. Window with focus DOES cover it. Another user doesn't see it
(the bug doesn't occur).
It came after I upgraded intel GPU drivers via ubuntu X-SWAT, so I
uninstalled them using ppa-purge, but it didn't help.
