  ati OSS driver cannot render graphic - corrupted output

Status in “xserver-xorg-video-ati” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hi, I use ATI OSS drivers (because Catalyst, after 6months still cannot 
suspend my laptop to RAM), but it is unusable even in situations, where simple 
game menu graphic has to be shown. I can see graphical corruptions. Please see 
screenshot I add as attachment.
  What can I do with it?
