Boot stops to "mountall: Disconnected from Plymouth"

Bug description:
This occurred after update to fresh install. That fresh install was
done after this bug didnt allow boot. I can get to terminal session
but thats it. Im willing to debug if needed.
Im writing this from my phone. Why ubuntu-bug needs browser? When x
fails launching browser is impossible...
