Bug description:
ibus-anthy sets to jp keyboard layout forcibly by default.
It is not familiar with non-jp keyboard layout users who want to input
Japanese.
configure.ac says:
dnl - set ibus-anthy layout

[Define the layout. the default is 'jp'.
Probably you could set 'default'.])],
[LAYOUT="$withval"],
