Title:
Thunderbird should have a "Get Help Online" option in Help menu

Status in “thunderbird” package in Ubuntu:
  Won't Fix

Bug description:
I am using Dapper Beta, fully updated.

Thunderbird does not currently have a "Get Help Online" option in the menu
linking to the Launchpad page:

https://launchpad.net/distros/ubuntu/dapper/+sources/mozilla-thunderbird/+gethelp

It would be great if it did have (it would help me file bugs if
  nothing else)!
