Bug description:
My laptop always freezes and only the cursor can move, with a blank
(dark, black) screen when I opened my closed lid.
Here are my computer's specs :

difference.

To escape from the black screen, I have to hold onto the power button
to off it and on it again. ALL processes and data that you have been
working on are gone.
