64-bit, clean install of Beta 2, everything is updated. The crash
occurs, the system remains functioning properly, but the popup is
annoying.

  happened just after login. Also, first, a "System problem detected"
  with no further detail, but this came up after I clicked on report
  problem on that, so i think it might be part of the same problem.
