Thank you for your bug report. The styling is indeed inconsistent, the
grey labels are also used in e.g the details or bluetooth settings as
well. mpt said to use normal colors, I'm going to update that

In Display properties, the configuration heading is in gray text

Bug description:
In the Display properties, the configuration headings such as
Resolution, Rotation, Launcher placement, etc. is in gray text. To
me, this seems to indicate that the option is currently not
configurable. I believe the text should be black as in the other
system properties.
