makedtx is not available in texlive-latex-extra, only in -doc

Bug description:
Makedtx should be available somewhere in the $PATH when texlive-latex-
extra in installed.
For some reasons, texlive-latex-extra only contains
texlive-latex-extra: /usr/share/texmf-
texlive/tex/latex/makedtx/creatdtx.sty
while texlive-latex-extra-doc contains
texlive-latex-extra-doc:
/usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-extra-doc/latex/makedtx/makedtx.pl.gz
texlive-latex-extra-doc:
/usr/share/doc/texlive-latex-extra-doc/latex/makedtx/creatdtx.perl
