latex package 'nag' is missing .cfg files

Bug description:
Binary package hint: texlive-latex-extra
For the latex package 'nag' at least the files nag-l2tabu.cfg and
nag-orthodox.cfg should be installed alongside nag.sty. Not installing them
renders this package essentially unusable.
The files nag-abort.cfg and nag-experimental.cfg should be installed as well.
