Bug description:
'texlive-latex-extra' containes the latex package 'rccol' which
depends on 'fltpoint.sty'. 'fltpoint.sty' is in 'texlive-generic-
extra' but there is no dependcy from 'texlive-latex-extra' to
'texlive-generic-extra'.
