Bug description:
eqnarray, hvmath and tmmath CTAN packages have been in the texlive-math-extra
package until karmic, but are now missing in lucid.

Some of these packages are of wide use (for example hvmath is used in many
publication, especially PNAS (www.pnas.org)). Could you include these packages
again?
