Title:
Xorg crashed with SIGABRT in OsAbort()
Status in “xorg-server” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
i don't know if this is the bug i'm seeing time after time, but i have
installed the nvidia-331-updates and when my pc boots, 3 or 4 seconds
to boot beacuse i'm using a ssd, the X server fail and the system
needs to reboot, when the pc was checking the drives at init this
never happen and the lightdm init successfully, probably the system
needs to boot more slowly and this never happen, adding a sleep
command probably at init can resolve the problem, this happening me
with the last drivers of nvidia for a long time, from the version
13.10, i repeat because i think is important when the system check the
filesystems of my drives this never happen.
