Rhythmbox controls missing from indicator-sound

Bug description:
I'm using 14.04 daily version.
Version of rhythmbox is: 3.0.1-1ubuntu12
When I close rhythmbox, no matter music playing or not, there's no controls
in indicator-sound.
Solution for this is to install (sudo apt-get install) rhythmbox-plugins.
I think rhythmbox-plugins pkg should be installed by default.
