Title:
  an external disk is mounted mutiple times automatically

Status in “pm-utils” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I'm using UNR 9.04, and I meet a problem when I resume the system from
suspended state.
  I use /etc/fstab to make sure that my external disk will be always mount to
the same point in ~/external, and this is my fstab:

  UUID=8d2ef427-22f3-44ca-8072-f2faba8dbbd2 / ext4
defaults,noatime,nodiratime,relatime,errors=remount-ro 0 1
  UUID=bd19ca6e-2f0f-481b-9571-f250e1fc44cf none            swap    sw
    0       0
  tmpfs /tmp tmpfs defaults,mode=1777 0 0
  tmpfs /var/log tmpfs defaults 0 0
  tmpfs /var/tmp tmpfs defaults 0 0
  UUID=3aa91999-f80a-460f-acc0-cde8497b9881 /home/upsuper/external ext3
defaults,nodiratime,noatime,sync,dirsync,user,exec 0 0

  the last line is my external disk.

  But the problem is that, this disk doesn't seem to be umount properly,
  and when I resume, it mount as another device again automatically,
  then I can find more than one devices mount at the mount point.
  Although I can use it as normal, but when I need to umount it, the
  program shows "umount: it seems /home/upsuper/external is mounted
  multiple times". So what's the problem?

  And excuse me for my poor English...
