hibernate ipw2200 errors

Bug description:
I have these problems in while executing "Hibernate/Resume smoke test"
(snr-003) on Ubuntu Karmic Koala (9.10), kernel 2.6.31-20-generic, &
Ubuntu Lucid Lynx (10.04) Beta1 with my laptop HP Compaq nx8220:
- on Ubuntu-9.1 & Ubuntu-10.04_LIVE
[ 411.412730] ipw2200: Unable to load ucode: -22
[ 411.412738] ipw2200: Unable to load firmware: -22
[ 411.412740] ipw2200: Failed to up device
[ 413.288109] PM: Cannot find swap device, try swapon -a.
- on Ubuntu-9.1 & Ubuntu-10.04_INSTALLED
[ 411.412727] Failed to send CARD_DISABLE: Command timed out.
[ 411.412730] ipw2200: Unable to load ucode: -22
[ 411.412738] ipw2200: Unable to load firmware: -22
[ 411.412740] ipw2200: Failed to up device
After these errors
on Ubuntu-9.1 & Ubuntu-10.04_LIVE --> my laptop doesn't hibernate...only
black screen, moving mouse I see normal Desktop.
on Ubuntu-9.1 & Ubuntu-10.04_INSTALLED --> my laptop hibernate normally.
In both case after this all works normally...network et al.
