Bug description:
Since updating to Ubuntu 13.10 (saucy), my mouse wheel does not scroll
PDFs in evince (3.10.0-0ubuntu2) anymore. The wheel works perfectly in
other programs, such as Adobe Reader (acroread), Firefox or gnome-
terminal.
A few additional details I noticed:
- The builtin touchpad in my Dell Latitude E6400 *does* work for
scrolling in evince (when using the scrolling area at the right margin
of the pad).
- The USB mouse's wheel creates the following events when recorded
with xev (same as the touchpad's):
