Bug description:
In trusty, every time I plug my headphones into my laptop, or unplug
them, my volume is being reset to ~0 or muted, instead of restoring
the previous mixer level from before unplugging/plugging. It's very
annoying to have to manually adjust the volume every time.
This is a recent regression in trusty; I see there's only been one
upload of pulseaudio in trusty, with a single change which seems
unrelated, so I'm not sure what has triggered the behavior change.
